Bill Saver offers bill negotiation and savings analysis for household and business bills such as cable, internet, phone, and utilities. We work on your behalf to secure lower rates with your service providers.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and up-to-date billing information
Have authority to negotiate on the account(s) you submit
Bill Saver charges a percentage-based fee only when savings are secured. Our standard success fee will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before service begins. No savings? No fee.
Payment methods and timing will be discussed during onboarding or included in your service agreement.
By submitting your bills to us, you authorize Bill Saver to:
Contact your service providers on your behalf
Negotiate rates and terms in your name
Access account details necessary for negotiation
We treat your information with the utmost confidentiality.
While we work diligently to find savings, we do not guarantee that all bills will result in reduced rates. Savings depend on many factors including provider policies, existing contracts, and account history.
Our refund policy is available here or on our Refund Policy page. In general, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days if no savings were achieved and certain conditions are met.
Bill Saver is not responsible for:
Provider actions or rate changes outside of our negotiations
Service disruptions caused by your providers
Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
All content on the Bill Saver website, including logos, branding, and materials, is the property of Bill Saver and may not be used without written permission.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
